First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether applying fluoride varnish to teeth can prevent white spot lesions in people undergoing clear aligner treatment. Twenty-five participants aged 16 to 24 with mild crowding will have one side of their mouth treated with fluoride varnish and the other side left untreated. After six months, researchers will compare the number and severity of white spots between the two sides.
