New study tests which drug best stops Kids' migraines

Summary
This study compares two medicines, flunarizine and propranolol, to see which works better at reducing migraines in children aged 8 to 15. The goal is to lower how often migraines happen and improve daily life. The study uses a special score called PedMIDAS to measure disability. It is currently recruiting 44 children with frequent migraines.
