NCT ID NCT07192523
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how two different amounts of IV fluids given during lung surgery affect a protective layer inside blood vessels called the glycocalyx. Researchers measured markers of vessel damage in 41 patients who received either a low or high rate of fluid. The goal was to understand which fluid amount might be safer for blood vessels during surgery.
