Summary
This study will observe 250 heart surgery patients in the ICU to see how giving fluids affects vein congestion and kidney function. Doctors will use ultrasound to measure vein congestion and track kidney injury over the first week. The goal is to find better ways to manage fluids and prevent kidney problems.
