ICU trial aims to Fine-Tune fluid removal to help kidney patients breathe easier and recover faster

Summary
This study is for patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) with sudden kidney failure who need dialysis and have too much fluid in their body. Researchers want to see if removing fluid at a faster, carefully monitored rate helps patients recover better than removing it at a slower rate. They will measure how many days patients can go without needing breathing machines, blood pressure medications, or dialysis.
