ICU trial aims to find safer way to remove fluid from critically ill kidney patients

Summary
This study is testing which speed of fluid removal is better for ICU patients with sudden kidney failure who need dialysis. Researchers want to know if removing fluid more aggressively or more slowly helps patients get off life support machines faster and recover better. They are comparing two different fluid removal plans in 250 patients to see which leads to fewer days on dialysis, breathing machines, and blood pressure medications.
