Summary
This study tests whether adding the antifungal drug fluconazole to standard IL-23 therapy helps people with Crohn's disease feel better. About 120 adults with mild-to-moderate Crohn's will be randomly assigned to receive either fluconazole or a placebo alongside their usual treatment. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve a significant reduction in symptoms after 12 weeks.
