Summary
This study is testing if using two antiviral flu medicines together works better than one alone for people with cancer or who have had a stem cell transplant. These patients have weaker immune systems, so flu can be more severe. Researchers want to see if the combination clears the virus faster and leads to fewer serious complications and shorter hospital stays.
