This study tests whether getting a flu vaccine can prevent serious heart problems in people who have recently had a heart attack or unstable angina. About 6,620 participants will receive either a flu shot or a placebo and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the vaccine reduces the risk of another heart attack, stroke, or death from heart disease.
