Summary
This study compares two ways of using a breathing machine during surgery for a slipped disk in the lower back. One method controls the flow of air, the other controls the volume. Researchers want to see which keeps oxygen levels higher after patients are turned onto their stomach. 80 adults aged 18 to 65 will take part.
