Massive european study tests new way to keep kids mentally healthy

Summary
This study tests a program designed to improve mental health and well-being in children aged 8-10 and their parents. About 15,200 families in four European countries will take part. Children attend a mental health day, and parents receive training or a guidebook. Researchers will track changes over a year to see if the program helps kids and parents feel better and cope with challenges.
