Massive european study aims to boost Kids' mental health before problems start

Summary
This study tests a program designed to improve well-being and prevent mental health issues in children aged 8-10 and their parents. Over 15,000 families in four European countries will take part. Children attend a mental health day at school, while parents receive either training or a guidebook. Researchers will track changes in well-being and mental health over a year to see if the program works.
