Heart flow registry aims to predict cardiac events

NCT ID NCT05369182

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study follows over 1,000 people with suspected coronary artery disease to see if special blood flow measurements in the heart's tiny vessels can predict future heart attacks, need for repeat procedures, or hospital stays. Participants undergo standard heart catheterization with extra flow tests. The goal is to better understand which patients are at higher risk, not to test a new treatment.
