Summary
This study is a registry that will follow about 1,000 people with suspected coronary artery disease. Researchers will use special blood flow measurements during heart catheterization to see how well they predict future heart attacks, need for repeat procedures, or hospitalizations. The goal is to better understand and manage coronary microvascular disease, a condition affecting small heart arteries.
