Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help Black and LGBTQ+ adults with long-term chronic pain manage their symptoms and improve daily life. Participants will use the app for pain self-management and report changes in pain interference and confidence. The goal is to see if this digital tool is practical and helpful for these communities.
