Summary
This study tests whether a science-based mobile app called Flourish can improve well-being in college students. About 2,500 students will be randomly assigned to use the app alone, use it with a buddy, or continue with their usual resources. Over 6 weeks, they will complete surveys measuring mood, loneliness, and belonging to see if the app makes a difference.
