Can flickering lights and sounds slow early memory loss?

NCT ID NCT07395609

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive stimulation treatment can help older adults who are noticing early memory problems. Participants will use a device that delivers flickering light and sound at least three times a week for three months. Researchers will compare this to a control group using a device that plays white noise, to see if the flicker treatment improves memory, mood, balance, and walking speed, and if it affects brain health markers.
