First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a special foot training program (sensorimotor technique plus short foot exercises) can improve foot posture in school children aged 7-12 with flat feet. The exercises aim to retrain the brain-foot connection to help hold the arch up during walking and standing. 22 children will participate, and the study focuses on measuring changes in foot position and flexibility.
