Fitbit program aims to boost wellness in early psychosis patients

Summary
This study tests a program called On Track for Wellness that uses Fitbit trackers, health education, and goal setting to help people recently diagnosed with psychosis become more active and improve their sleep. About 365 people from Illinois early psychosis programs will take part. The main goal is to see if the program increases daily steps.
