Can your smartwatch and texts tame diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07005362
Summary
This study is testing if a simple 12-week program using a Fitbit activity tracker and personalized text messages can help people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if this tech-based approach is easy to use and acceptable for 36 sedentary adults. The main goal is to check if the program is practical, not to prove it improves health, though they will measure things like blood sugar and weight.
