NCT ID NCT05931874

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile health program that combines physical activity tracking with mindfulness lessons can help breast cancer survivors become more active and feel better. About 304 women who finished cancer treatment within the past 5 years will take part in a 24-week program and be followed for 48 weeks. The goal is to see which parts of the program—like social support or mindfulness training—work best to increase exercise and reduce symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, and poor sleep.
