NCT ID NCT05931874
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at which parts of a mobile health program—social support or mindfulness training—best help breast cancer survivors increase their physical activity. About 304 women who finished cancer treatment within the past 5 years will use a phone app and wear an activity tracker for 24 weeks, with follow-up at 48 weeks. The goal is to see if more activity reduces symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, and depression, and improves sleep.
