Summary

This study aims to find out if taking fish oil supplements can help prevent or lessen nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) caused by the chemotherapy drug bortezomib. It will involve 200 adults with multiple myeloma who are starting this specific chemo treatment. Researchers will use data analysis and a controlled trial to test if fish oil can protect patients from this painful and common side effect.
