Summary
This study looked at whether taking fish oil and doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) could lower inflammation in people with obesity. 129 overweight or obese adults with prediabetes and high triglycerides took part. The goal was to see if the combination improves gut bacteria, reduces inflammation, and lowers metabolic risk.
