Summary
This study tests whether fisetin, a natural anti-inflammatory compound, can reduce frailty and blood markers of inflammation in adults aged 70 and older. About 40 participants will receive either fisetin or a placebo to see if it improves strength and reduces inflammation. The goal is to find a simple way to help older adults stay healthier and more mobile.
