Summary

This study tests whether fisetin, a natural substance found in strawberries, can reduce frailty and inflammation in healthy women aged 70 and older. Forty participants will take fisetin or a placebo to see if it improves walking speed and other measures of physical function. The goal is to gather initial data for a larger trial on age-related decline.
