Summary
This was a first-in-human study to see if ZE50-0134 is safe and how it behaves in the body. 104 healthy adults received either the drug or a placebo. The study also looked at how the drug interacts with other medications like rabeprazole and itraconazole. Since this was only in healthy volunteers, it does not test any disease treatment.
