Summary

This early-stage study tested a new medicine, NNC0581-0001, in 48 healthy adults and people with fatty liver (hepatic steatosis). The main goal was to check safety and how the drug moves through the body after a single injection. Participants were randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo. The study lasted about 58 weeks and was not designed to treat the condition.
