Summary

This early-stage study tested a new medicine called NNC0581-0001 in 48 adults to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. Some participants were healthy, and others had fatty liver (hepatic steatosis). Each person received either the drug or a placebo as a single injection under the skin. The study lasted about 58 weeks and is now complete.
