Summary

This study aims to understand how the kidney-protecting drug finerenone is actually used by doctors and patients in South Korea. Researchers will observe and collect information from about 500 adults with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes who are starting this already-approved medication as part of their regular care. The goal is to learn about treatment patterns, patient characteristics, and safety in a real-world setting over about one year.
