NCT ID NCT07124039

Summary

This study is observing how a kidney-protecting drug called finerenone is used and how safe it is for patients with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes in real-world Chinese hospitals. It will track 5,000 patients' health records to see how their kidney function and potassium levels change after starting the drug. The goal is to understand the drug's real-world safety and effectiveness outside of controlled clinical trials.
