Summary
This study watches how doctors prescribe finerenone to people with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes in everyday care. It does not test a new treatment—just collects information from medical records and doctor visits over 12 months. About 4,600 adults will take part to help researchers understand real-world use and side effects.
