Summary
This study tests an online program called Finding My Way-UK for people who finished cancer treatment within the past year. The program includes six self-guided modules on managing side effects, emotions, and adjusting to life after cancer. Researchers want to see if it's helpful and easy to use, and if it improves well-being, hope, and resilience. About 60 participants will either use the program or receive a list of support resources.
