Summary
This study aims to understand the financial burden and stress experienced by patients with liver cirrhosis and their family caregivers. It follows 52 participants and their caregivers for 72 weeks, tracking out-of-pocket medical costs, lost work productivity, and overall financial distress. The goal is to gather information to better understand the full impact of managing this chronic condition.
