Summary
This study measured how fast 1,000 healthy adults could walk a figure-8 path around two cones. The goal was to create standard reference values for this walking test, which doctors can use to compare patients with movement problems. Participants were over 18, had no known muscle, bone, or nerve disorders, and were not elite athletes.
