NCT ID NCT07733648
First seen Jul 29, 2026 · Last updated Jul 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial investigates whether the FIFA 11+ exercise program, originally designed for soccer, can lower injury rates and fear of reinjury in female volleyball players aged 14 to 18. Participants will follow their normal training for 8 weeks, then switch to the FIFA 11+ program for another 8 weeks. Researchers will track injuries, anxiety about getting hurt again, and measures of physical performance like jump height and balance.
