First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether mothers who have fibromyalgia and also have a child with ADHD experience more pain and a lower quality of life compared to mothers with fibromyalgia whose children do not have any psychiatric conditions. Researchers will compare 50 mothers in each group using pain scales and questionnaires. The goal is to understand if the added stress of caring for a child with ADHD increases the burden of fibromyalgia.
