Summary

This study tests if transplanting a man's own frozen testicular cells can safely restore his ability to make sperm after treatments like chemotherapy. Ten men who stored tissue before treatment will receive the transplant. The main goal is to see if sperm returns and to check for any risks like infection or cancer recurrence.
