Summary
This study aims to preserve fertility for girls and women under 40 who face cancer treatments or other conditions that could cause permanent infertility. Participants have one ovary surgically removed and frozen for potential future use when they wish to have children. The research also works to improve freezing techniques and understand what makes tissue preservation successful.
