Summary
This study offers an experimental procedure to freeze and store testicular tissue from boys (ages 0-17) who are about to undergo cancer treatments like chemotherapy or radiation that have a high risk of causing permanent infertility. The goal is to preserve the tissue so it might be used in the future to help them have biological children. Researchers will track whether pregnancies and live births occur later if the frozen tissue is transplanted back.
