Summary

This study looks at how a type of cell death called ferroptosis, which is linked to iron, plays a role in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Researchers will measure certain markers in immune cells from 120 adults with lupus, comparing them to people with other inflammatory diseases. The goal is to better understand lupus and find new ways to treat it.
