Summary

This study looks at whether taking a daily powder made from fermented garlic and lettuce for two months can help improve memory and thinking in adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 60 adults with MCI will take the powder or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores to see if the supplement has any benefit.
