Summary
This study is testing whether a simple breath test, called fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), can help measure the severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Researchers will compare FeNO levels in 200 adults with different levels of sleep apnea to see if the test can predict moderate to severe cases. If it works, this could give doctors a non-invasive way to assess airway inflammation and improve how sleep apnea is managed.
