Gentle movement tested to ease stress and balance body fluids
NCT ID NCT07175974
Summary
This small pilot study explored whether a gentle movement practice called the Feldenkrais Method could help reduce stress and improve body fluid balance in healthy, sedentary women. Twenty-four women were split into two groups: one group did eight daily 90-minute Feldenkrais sessions, while the other did not. Researchers measured stress levels, heart rate, body water, and well-being before and after to see if the practice made a difference.
