Summary
This study is testing a new psychological program called 'Feeling Safe' for people with schizophrenia who experience strong, distressing false beliefs (delusions). The main goal is to see if the therapy is acceptable and satisfying for participants, and if it helps improve their symptoms and daily life. It's a small, early-stage study with 35 people to check if the program is practical and safe before larger trials.
