Summary
This study tests a new psychological program called 'Feeling Safe' for people with psychosis who have persistent delusions. The program offers personalized modules to improve sleep, reduce worry, boost self-confidence, lessen the impact of voices, and build a sense of safety. Researchers want to see if participants find the therapy acceptable and satisfying, and whether it helps with symptoms and daily functioning.
