Summary

This study looks at whether testing stool (feces) for certain DNA changes and bacteria genes can help find stomach cancer early. Researchers will follow 3000 people, including those with and without cancer, to see how well the test works. The goal is to improve early diagnosis and track if cancer comes back after treatment.
