Summary
This study looks at how fatigue and muscle function are connected in people with axial spondyloarthritis, a type of inflammatory arthritis. Researchers will measure exercise capacity and muscle strength in 122 adults starting a new targeted therapy. The goal is to better understand why fatigue is so common and severe in this condition.
