Summary

This study tests whether personalized lifestyle coaching can help emergency medicine residents manage fatigue and perform better during overnight shifts. Thirty residents will be split into two groups: one receives one-on-one coaching on sleep, nutrition, and activity, while the other gets standard information. The goal is to see if coaching improves alertness, sleep, and overall well-being.
