First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how a person's muscle mass (fat-free mass) relates to side effects from standard chemotherapy (carboplatin/paclitaxel) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will track 132 participants to see if adjusting the chemo dose based on body composition can reduce toxicity. The goal is to make treatment safer and more personalized.
