New test may diagnose surgical bleeding faster

Summary
This study compares a new bedside test (viscoelastic test) to standard lab tests for diagnosing bleeding problems during surgery. About 210 adults having high-bleed-risk surgeries (like heart or joint replacement) will participate. The goal is to see which method gives a faster diagnosis, helping doctors treat bleeding more quickly.
