First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a diet that includes longer overnight fasting and follows a Mediterranean eating pattern is possible for people with multiple myeloma or its early forms (MGUS or smoldering myeloma). Researchers want to see if participants can stick with the diet and if they find it satisfying. The study involves 120 adults and compares the diet group to a waitlist control group.
