Summary

This study tests a program called FAMS-T1D for young adults aged 18-24 with type 1 diabetes. The program helps them set goals and get support from a friend or family member. Researchers want to see if it improves blood sugar control, diabetes self-care, and reduces diabetes-related distress. About 280 participants and their support persons are taking part.
