Summary
This study tests whether fampridine, a drug that blocks potassium channels, can improve working memory in people with mild to moderate depression. About 38 adults will take either the drug or a placebo, then switch, to see if memory performance changes. The goal is to find a new way to treat memory problems that often come with depression.
